¡Ay Güey! is a streetwear brand from Mexico City, founded in 2007 by Miguel Ángel Rodríguez. It is known for hand-embellished shirts with rhinestones, studs, flock and puff print, for calavera motifs, Día de los Muertos, Aztec symbols and for collections with Mexican legends such as Blue Demon Jr. and Tinieblas Jr. There are more than 100 points of sale in Mexico; since October 2026 the brand has been officially available in Switzerland.

«¡Ay güey!» is a Mexican exclamation, roughly «Wow!» or «Dude!». It is pronounced «eye way». In 2007 the name was too cheeky for Mexico's shopping malls, so the brand first traded as «A.G.». Common spellings are Ay Guey, Ay Wey or Ay Huey.

Until 31 December 2026 shipping is free – no minimum order. After that: Switzerland CHF 4.90 (free from CHF 100), Germany, Austria, France and Spain € 4.90 (free from € 100). We currently ship throughout Switzerland – directly from our warehouse in Zurich. Deliveries to Germany, Austria, France and Spain will follow soon from our warehouse in Germany.

Ay Güey cuts slightly close to the body; Mexican sizes roughly match European ones (S = small, M = medium, L = large). If in doubt, go one size up. A size chart in centimetres is on every product page.

Yes, within 14 days of receipt. You may inspect and try items on as you would in a shop – please return them unworn, unwashed and with labels where possible. Email order@ayguey.shop and you'll get a return confirmation with the right address (Switzerland: Zurich, EU: our warehouse in Germany). Return shipping is at your cost; for faulty or wrong items we cover it.

We don't exchange directly online: return the item and order the size you need – that's the fastest way. In our Ay Güey store in Zurich (Torgasse 6) you can also exchange your online order directly within the 14 days – just bring the item and your order confirmation.

Prints and sublimation may gradually lose some intensity over time and with repeated washing. Rhinestone and stud embellishments are heat-applied; individual stones or studs may come off during wear and washing. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Details under Care Instructions.
