Shipping destinations
We currently ship throughout Switzerland. Deliveries to Germany, Austria, France and Spain are coming soon – the EU conditions below will apply from launch.
- Switzerland: shipped directly from our warehouse in Zurich.
- EU countries (coming soon): shipped via our logistics partner from Germany.
No additional charges on delivery: All prices include all duties and taxes (DDP – delivered duty paid). No customs, import or other additional fees are charged to you on delivery.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Offer until 31 December 2026: We ship all orders to all our shipping countries free of charge – no minimum order value. The shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout. From 1 January 2027 the shipping costs below apply again.

*Delivery times run from receipt of the order (payment) including handling; they are estimates and may be longer during peak periods (e.g. before public holidays).

Processing and tracking
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by e-mail.
Incorrect delivery address / uncollected parcels
Please check your delivery address before submitting your order. For parcels returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or because they were not collected, additional shipping costs may apply for re-dispatch.
