Withdraw from contract
As a consumer resident in the EU, you can declare your withdrawal from an order online here (withdrawal function pursuant to Section 356a of the German Civil Code). Click the button, enter your name, the order number and your e-mail address and submit the declaration via the “Confirm withdrawal” button. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail without delay, stating the date and time of receipt.
Alternatively, you can declare your withdrawal by e-mail to order@ayguey.shop or using the model withdrawal form. All information on the withdrawal period, returns and refunds can be found in our withdrawal information and in clause 4 of our Terms and Conditions.
