14-day right of withdrawal and return from receipt. You may inspect and try items on as you would in a store; please return them unworn, unwashed and with tags where possible. Send returns to our address in Zurich (Switzerland) or to our warehouse in Germany (EU) – and drop us a short email at order@ayguey.shop at the same time. Addresses and details in the return policy. Wash inside out at 30 °C, do not tumble dry, do not iron directly over the embellishments and do not rub while wet. Prints may gradually lose some intensity with repeated washing. Rhinestone and stud embellishments are heat-applied; individual stones may come off during wear and washing. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. All care instructions.
